The name of the restaurant, eMBe, is that of the beer brewed on the spot according to the owner's recipe, and which is available in a dozen types: blond, amber, unfiltered... All produced with the spring water of Mladá Boleslav. A treat that should not make us forget the beautiful dishes, concocted here with fresh products of the day (the kitchens close from 3pm to 5pm for the preparation of the evening menu). Traditional Czech dishes, colossal burgers, Italian salads: the a la carte price is not insignificant but quality and quantity are there.
