La Lie celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2021 - a great success story! This local beer, with its well-established reputation, takes pride of place on the best tables. Erika, François, and Pierre-Louis are proud that their protégée was the very first beer brewed in Calvados. Made with organic and local ingredients (the hops come from Touffreville and the Manche!), and brewed by hand, La Lie is the result of an artisanal and organic production process (the dregs are the deposits that form at the bottom of the bottle). You’ll be seduced by the talent of these passionate craftsmen!
