An unmissable nugget located near Caen! This domain was created by Jacques de Billy in 1651. Five generations have succeeded one another since then. Today, the Vauvrecy family is at the head of this renowned property. After a bucolic visit, in the heart of the orchards, it’s time for a tasting. A table with a buffet formula on Thursdays and Fridays for lunch. On weekends, it’s brunch, savoury and sweet: so famous that you often have to wait several weeks to find a table.

Grande variété de plats - jamais vu ça pour un brunch - avec une qualité de cuisine au top !!! (le paleron de bœuf par exemple … fondant à souhait !) Très belle découverte ????????

La réputation de ce lieu est vraiment bien fondé. Un accueil superbe et de bonne explication pour notre première fois ! Nous étions venu pour 12h30 mais je conseille de venir avant car malheureusement tout le choix ne reste pas jusqu'à la fin ... La nourriture est divine et pleins de choix si on vient pas trop tard et c est chaud ! Seul petit bémol pour moi la bouteille de cidre qui est vendu 4€ en boutique et la 16€ soit 4 fois le prix ... Mais je reviendrai rapidement c est sur
