MUSEO CIVICO DELLA LAGUNA SUD
Museum that tells the story of life in the lagoon since the Paleolithic period with various testimonies of popular traditions.
Housed in the former convent of the San Francesco Fuori le Mura church, the museum traces the history of life in the lagoon from the Paleolithic to the present day. Learn how the first dwellings were built on stilts, or how the saltworks functioned. A number of testimonies from popular traditions make the visit particularly interesting, as do the bragozzi on display, the traditional boats with their brightly-colored sails.
