Had a great stay at BW for my son’s fencing tournament. This staff were friendly and helpful and in a great location. I truly appreciated the Cleaning staff and how helpful they were in calling and storing our bag while a new room was being cleaned for us.
The breakfast was amazing and worth the 18€ for my son and myself.

Nulla da dire con la qualità del cibo che trovo ottima, ma purtroppo il servizio dato dal commerciante dell'esercizio pubblico non è stato una delle migliori, in quanto trovandomi con 3 amici per la colazione, al momento del conto la persona al banco decide di fare conti unici, facendoci trovare in difficoltà essendo che io potevo pagare con la carta e gli altri no.Noi usufriamo dello sconto studenti ma l'incaricato al bancone non solo decide di non applicare lo sconto studenti ai conti separati ma rifiuta completamente di farli singoli. Se avessi saputo prima che avrei potuto rifiutare di pagare, perché il venditore non ha avvisato prima che bisognava fare un conto unico tra i 3, lo avrei sicuramente fatto. Detto ciò al momento del servizio alimenti nulla da dire.

L'hotel si trova a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Rovigo, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro città e c'è un comodo supermercatino dall'altra parte della strada.
La camera era spaziosa, ben arredata e confortevole (con un gradito plus per l'insonorizzazione).
Il personale è stato uno dei punti forti della vacanza: gentile, professionale e cordiale, cosa che fa la differenza quando si alloggia in un hotel.
Ho apprezzato moltissimo anche la colazione, continentale ma assortita di prodotti vari e di qualità. Molto buoni i pezzi dolci e le marmellatine in barattolo, ma anche il cappuccino servito caldo.
Nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza, sicuramente consigliata.
