…accoglienza indecente e inaspettata dalla ragazza alla reception ora circa 18.00.
Siamo clienti regolari io e mio marito in questo albergo. Andiamo spesso a prendere il caffè, l’aperitivo e a volte anche a fare la cena al ristorante. Stasera come al solito abbiamo parcheggiato davanti all’albergo per un caffè e la receptionist è corsa dietro a farci domande evitandomi di andare in bagno e obbligandomi ad andare dal lato bar. Come cliente e come donna mi sono sentita offesa.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti con colazione e cena… ambiente di recente ristrutturazione curatissimo pulito e funzionale. Buona la qualità della colazione e ancora meglio quella della cena in contesto eleganteammirevole la cortesia del personale in ogni settore. Posizione strategica per muoversi verso il delta del Po, Ferrara Padova Comacchio… con l occasione rivolgiamo il nostro sincerò ringraziamento

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e cenato la prima sera. Tutto perfetto, dal personale, al ristorante, alla colazione fino alla camera di recentissima ristrutturazione, munita di ogni comfort (anche a livello tecnologico). Il personale molto attento alle esigenze è stato accogliente sin dalla prenotazione. Sono da sottolineare l'estrema pulizia della stanza e la comodità del materasso. Soddisfatti!
