Following a well-felt makeover, the oldest bistro in Treviso has a more dynamic face. A touch of modernity in the decoration which sublimates the traditional cuisine maintained by the chef. Le Beccherie maintains its signature while attracting a young clientele through modern plates, small gourmet and creative bites (of meat, fish and vegetables) shaped like trompe-l'oeil. It is said that the recipe for the mythical tiramisù was invented here in the early 1970s... For this reason alone, you must stop here!

Su indicazione di alcuni conoscenti, ci è stato indicato questo locale dove poter mangiare un ottimo tiramisù. Premetto che questo è l'unico dolce a cucchiaio che mangio e l'ho provato in lungo e in largo per tutta Italia. Arrivati veniamo accolti da un ragazzo di sala che dopo averci detto che non c'erano posti a sedere ci propone delle alzate, visto che dovevamo prendere solo il tiramisù, accettiamo, peccato che le alzate erano in un angolo molto buio e quindi non è stato piacevole ( basterebbe mettere delle lampade da tavolo ) ma questo non è stato un gran problema. Ordiniamo cinque tiramisù, arrivano poco dopo.
La presentazione del piatto era buona, cinque piatti, cinque cucchiai e nemmeno un tovagliolo, ma avevamo delle salviettine e abbiamo risolto da noi.
Di per sé il tiramisù è buono, ma ahimè da chi ne rivendica la paternità, mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.
In base al costo, 9€ a piatto, posso garantire che ne ho mangiati decisamente di più buoni.
