CASA MUSEO GIAMBATTISTA CIMA
The house of the great painter Giovanni Battista Cima, an interesting example of a popular Venetian house of the 15th century
The house of the painter Giovanni Battista Cima (1460-1517) is a typical example of a 15th century Venetian house. It is the seat of the Giambattista Cima Foundation and does not preserve any major works of art (they are distributed in the main museums of the region), but it does contain a few reproductions and a set of archaeological remains discovered during the latest restoration work. On the second floor, on the walls of the foyer, there are ancient drawings and graffiti.
