CHIESA DI SAN STEFANO
A beautiful church, with a baroque façade, with remarkable statues in Vicenza.
A beautiful church that displays a white facade of baroque style (17th-18th centuries), imposing but relatively sober. Inside, one discovers beautiful volumes playing on the length and the height. The visit is also interesting for two other reasons. The first curiosity lies in the polychrome marble aedicula that houses a statue of Christ suffering his Passion. The second is the contemporary chapel dedicated to the Virgin Mary, whose small white and blue statue is integrated into a colossal grotto reminiscent of the scene of the miracle at Lourdes.
