Nestled in a quiet street 500 meters from Piazza Arena, this traditional bistro has long been a favorite among regulars who appreciate both the food and the setting. Dare il massimo dei voti non è mia abitudine ma se meritati lo faccio con piacere. Vengo spesso a Verona, la scorsa settimana ero lì per lavoro con mio figlio ed abbiamo invitato mia figlia ed il suo compagno per l'occasione. I soliti noti o erano chiusi o non avevano posto, mio figlio voleva la Pasta coi Fasoi quindi cucina veronese. Chi cerca trova e siamo finiti Al Bersagliere un locale pieno di charme con diverse salette a tema, camerieri e proprietà gentili, competenti hanno impreziosito la serata ed i piatti veramente squisiti con un ottimo vino consigliato da loro senza chiedere il prezzo che poi mi ha sorpreso in positivo.
Ho aggiunto Al Bersagliere fra i miei preferiti e presto farò la riprova.

Sono stata a cena nel locale giovedì scorso, prima cosa negativa il proprietario si rivolge per primo a clienti abituali e non a noi che eravamo entrati prima, non hanno un menù cartaceo ma solo con Qrcode( avrei potuto non avere il telefono), cibo molto buono, ma nel conto spuntano 2 euro per servizio acqua...era acqua di rubinetto servita in una brocca...

Siamo andati in questo locale il giorno di san Valentino sotto consiglio di una coppia veronese. Il locale era parecchio affollato da gente del luogo. I bigoli con Anatra sono risultati parecchio al dente mentre la Pastissada de Caval con polenta molto buona.
