A retired firefighter in the 1950's opened this sought-after trattoria with a warm and relaxed atmosphere that will whet your appetite right away. Your mouth is watering when you look at the counter filled with deli meats and cheeses from all over Italy (there are even hams hanging from the ceiling!). Dishes of regional tradition are cooked in a wise way, always with that little touch that enhances the flavours. Pigeon risotto and Venetian-style veal liver with polenta are real culinary feats.

Notre avis sur ce restaurant est assez mitigé. En effet, la carte est assez limitée. De plus c'est vraiment très cher et les portions sont bien trop petites. Cependant, on sent la qualité des produits et les plats commandés se révélèrent bons. Les charcuteries ont l'air absolument délicieuses mais bien trop chères pour notre budget.
