Frescoes and paintings in the museum of the convent of San Francesco in Verona.
In the convent San Francesco al Corso is set up a museum that consists of about fifty frescoes and 22 paintings restored but the whole remains of a medium interest… It's rather your Shakespearian curiosity that you will come to meet here because in a crypt of this convent there is an empty sarcophagus that has been renamed "Tomb of Juliette" (in short, it's a bit romanced…), even though the scene evokes particularly well the tragic final scene of the play.
