We toured the Blue Diamond cave today leaving from Glacier Lagoon. Orri was our guide and he was great! The cave was amazing and he was super knowledgeable on the glacier and the caves. Definitely would recommend using this operator and asking to be in Orri’s group!

투어 예약했다가 취소하게 되었는데, 홈페이지의 개인 투어 바우처에 나와있는 이메일로 취소요청 넣으면 시간 관계없이 답변 빨리 오고, 환불금 받는 기간도 자세히 설명해줌. 단, 기본적인 영어는 본인이 할 줄 알아야 함

悪天候で飛行機が飛ばなくなってしまい、前日にレンタカーキャンセルのお願いをした。当初はキャンセルポリシーに基づき返金できないと言われたのだが、パートナーに掛け合ってみるととても親切に対応してくれた。その結果、返金してもらえることになった。とても親切な対応に最大限の感謝を送りたい。
