Owner's Message

We want you to enjoy a unique experience, tailored to your desires, so we offer private or small-group excursions, led by a French-speaking guide, for greater freedom. Starting out as a simple family blog, Ael and Julie founded Icelandic Frenchies in 2021 with the aim of sharing their knowledge and passion for Iceland. Living in Reykjavík since 2019, Julie takes care of website content and communication and Ael guides travelers for one or more days. Skilled driver and guide, Ael will take you around Iceland in an adapted vehicle: in a superjeep, the all-terrain vehicle par excellence, ideal for highland trails, or in a sprinter 4×4 for small groups of up to 12 people. As you can see, Icelandic Frenchies is a very small company, most of the time in the field!

Jeudi 20 juillet, Une rando incroyable avec Ael jusqu'au site de la nouvelle eruption à Litli - Hrutur. Beaucoup de conseils, de discussion. Ael a pris le temps qu'il fallait, il connait très bien le volcanisme mais aussi plus largement les problématiques liées à la nature et l'environnement.Un très bon choix pour le chemin pour nous amener au plus proche du cratère mais en toute sécurité. On a vraiment passé un moment magique, inoubliable. RDV dans un an pour la prochaine éruption !!Christine et Pascal
