A lovely little Icelandic house located between Lake Tjörnin and the circular Hringbraut, 5 minutes from the centre with 8 rooms on three floors. In addition to the warm atmosphere, guests will appreciate the small garden, the whirlpool and the sauna. Perfect to decompress after a day of activities and breathtaking landscapes. Evelyne, the French lady who runs this guesthouse, will be delighted to welcome you, she also offers accommodation in 2 apartments 10 minutes walk from her guesthouse.

We reserved a night at the guesthouse Baldursbra. When we sounded at 17:00 we waited several minutes before a man arrive while the roads, opens the door, and slams it to us with the nose! We first in a drunk guest… it acted by way of owner. His wife came to open to us, asked us what we want, we explained that we had a reservation. She told us not to have had of request for reservation and not to have the room available bonus. Her husband howled us above by saying " get the hell out of here from lui" , that '" they were tired and that you had with nearby " to bar fait" quickly;. We showed the confirmation to the woman, who interposed between her husband and us while it continued to insult us. We have managed to covering our telephone and from this place before that degenerates.
We were very shocked by that and spent more 2:00 to find an accommodation available. A hotel fortunately agreed to rent us a small room for one person for not that passes the night outside.
Fortunately we were reimbursed by the site of online reservation which contacted the owners to obtain explanations and recontacted us then excuse itself.
To read certain comments on several sites of booking we are not the only ones to have lived a so bad experience.
