A few years ago, this site was all about Icelandic nature. Today, the Geysir Center stands like the local shopping mall. This may come as a surprise when you've experienced the Iceland of yesteryear, but it also comes in handy when you're looking for a warm break after a day's sightseeing. You'll find cafés-restaurants, an ATM, a petrol station, souvenir stores (sometimes more expensive than in other places), clothes shops and WCs.
