Hiking in the Icelandic highlands, a playground for amateurs, with an intense excursion of a few days

Located in the Icelandic highlands, the Kerlingarfjöll massif is not a playground for amateurs. If you are up to the challenge and have the level, you will go on an intense 3 day trip around the massif starting from the camp and looping back to the same point, with a 1,750 meter elevation gain and 47 kilometers to cover. You will find huts in Klakkur and Kisubotnar. Remember to be well equipped, the weather conditions are changing, it can snow in August!
