In Livarot, the rue du Maréchal-Foch has been given a facelift with the opening of the restaurant Le Petit Gourmand. The chef Julien Etienne from Lexovia is there, and in addition to his three restaurants, he also works as a caterer for the Lisieux racecourse. A passionate man, no doubt about it! Here, the refined Belle Epoque atmosphere accompanies a meal without false notes. The current menu offers a fish terrine with chive cream, a prawn and mushroom risotto or a flank steak with camembert sauce and home-made chips, all at very reasonable prices.
