LE CIDRE DE GREVILLY
A very discreet production not to say confidential for this cider of pure Norman tradition in the Country of Bayeux. Production deserves to be looked at. 16 hectares of orchards and some eleven varieties of selected apples (Bedan, Red-Duret, Sweet Moën, Clos Renaux, Binet Rouge, Petit Yellow) led by Brigitte Criaud in organic farming and, above all, a young woman who likes to make her passion known (let her go, a call). Its half-dry cider is recognizable by its red label and the raw cider by its blue label. This is a matter of taste. Dishes, too. The first, soft and fruity, is happy with a dessert or a good pie with raw milk; the second, more unsubtyped, prefers meat or fish. It’s a good idea for you to enjoy a glass of Normandy. We also love apple juice and cider vinegar as natural. Not the time to go up to the property? Open your eye: You will find this cider in the cellars of the region and in the good restaurants of restaurants.
