"You are what you eat" is the motto of this restaurant which opened in 1999, before the guesthouse opened two years later. This original concept offers tables facing large picture windows overlooking the farm's barn where huge cows are milked. The menu includes local dishes such as lamb orarctic char, but also beef. Other tables overlook the lake.
