C'est une guesthouse mais qui fait aussi camping. Nous avions contacté Myriam la veille par courriel et elle nous avait dit de venir sans problème. Début juillet, nous étions les seuls à camper sur le site, il y avait une des chambres occupées aussi. Les propriétaires n'étaient pas sur place quand nous sommes arrivés, mais nous avons appelé et Myriam nous a dit de nous installer. Les parties communes sont ouvertes, très bien entretenues et confortables, parmi les meilleures que nous avons pu rencontrer ! C'est un peu plus cher que la moyenne des campings, mais ça les vaut ! Si vous prenez le ferry pour Grimsey le lendemain comme c'était notre cas, venez plutôt coucher là qu'au camping de Dalvik. Douche, toilettes, cuisine parfaitement équipée, grand salon, le tout bien chauffé, et une vue magnifique sur les montagnes alentour. C'est d'ailleurs un centre de ski de fond l'hiver. Comme nous étions seuls nous avons pu garer notre 4x4 avec la tente de toit juste à côté des installations, mais il y a d'autres places aussi, et pas trop de vent. Attention toutefois, Google Maps vous emmène trop loin sur la route, il faut tourner un peu avant et prendre un pont sur la rivière.
