Húsafell is a pearl located in a valley an hour and a half from Reykjavík in Iceland. This region is full of magnificent sites and landscapes to discover, such as Reykholt Cathedral, Deildartunguhver hot springs, Surtshellir caves, Barnafoss and Hraunfossar waterfalls, and the Erikjökull and Langjökull glaciers. The family-run Húsafell Holiday Centre offers activities all year round. You can stay at their campsite or rent a chalet to enjoy the many activities on offer, including a geothermal swimming pool with slide and jacuzzis, 9-hole golf course, soccer, basketball and beach volleyball courts, as well as a children's play area. There's also a bar-restaurant and grocery store. You can also take a 4x4 excursion to the glaciers or hike the many trails in the area. Húsafell Holiday Center welcomes visitors all year round.
