A rafraîchir, vite...!
L'emplacement et la vue sur la mer (option payante) sont les atouts principaux de cette résidence.
L'accueil jovial et très pro d'Isabelle est également appréciable.
Concernant la résidence, l'ensemble mériterait une sérieux coup de neuf: moquettes usagées et tachées par endroit, couloirs sinistres, sans aucune âme...
L'appartement 4 personnes est bien...pour 2.
La salle de bain, comme le reste, vieillit mal, avec l'apparition de tâches de moisissure.
Il y a urgence à une bon lifting de l'ensemble.
