Cet hôtel ne vaut absolument pas 4 étoiles !! Extrêmement déçu.
Poussière, toilettes sales, douche cassée, coussin sales de choses très bizarres, draps d’hôpitaux (même pas de draps house pour le matelas), tapisseries décollées, hôtesse indifférente, piscine froide, impossible d’avoir un sèche cheveux (dans un 4etoiles ???) et surtout gard aux toilettes du hall incroyablement sales.. Seul le prix est 4 étoiles. Nous avons le sentiment profond de s’être fait berner.
Une fois remonté à l’accueil en fin de séjour, absolument aucun geste commercial. Ahurissant !
Dommage, énorme potentiel, grosse désillusion.
A bon entendeur,
mais , pas de produits toilette sauf distributeur dans baignoire ! pas de chambre faite ( quand vous séjournez) avant 16 h, pas très agréable de retourner dans sa chambre vers 12h avec les lits défaits !
