Vous utilisez le bon terme : "impression". Il s'agit effectivement uniquement d'ne impression car nos chambres sont propres et désinfectées lors de chaque arrivée. Il nous appartient maintenant techniquement de gommer cette "impression" et je vous présente mes excuses pour cela.

J'apprends par votre commentaire que vous auriez eu une fuite d'eau! Dans ce cas il faut juste appeler la réception afin que notre service technique intervienne de suite . Je suis sincèrement désolé car si nous ne sommes pas prévenu il nous est difficile d'intervenir.
