OFF-COURTS

Free and open to all, Off-Courts is an essential event in the network of short film festivals! Its programming is based on the next generation of film, music, visual arts and new media artists from France and Quebec! The port city is thus in the spotlight. Since its inception, Off-Courts has welcomed a growing delegation of filmmakers, videographers, programmers and artists who come to promote the diversity and originality of creation. This festival also arouses the growing interest of the media and the general public, curious to discover and meet French and foreign artists who, for some, will become the "great" of tomorrow.
