Quartos confortáveis e de boas dimensões. Comida deveria ser mais variada.

Nous avons pu bénéficier d'une suite au rez-de-chaussée..
Le spa... Magnifique, très grand, très propre.
Les prix sont équivalents à ceux pratiqués en France.
Soin du visage réalisé par Ernani , merci pour la qualité de la prestation.
Massage des pieds et du cuir chevelu.

Regressámos pela 5.ª vez a este hotel.

Positivo:
Um ótimo quarto de frente para a piscina, bons têxteis, almofadas e ar condicionado, tv com dois canais portugueses, conforto Hilton.
Pequenos-almoços com produtos variados e de razoável qualidade.
Simpatia da generalidade do pessoal. Melhoria no pessoal dos pequenos-almoços.
Notas altas à Anilda, ao Stevio e à Doreen das toalhas, bem como à Gisela da Receção.
Piscina gigante bem tratada pelo Kevin David.
Jardins impecáveis.

Negativo:
Alimentação fraca. Os menus nunca tiveram qualquer refresh sensível desde a abertura há 5 anos, exagero dos fritos e cheiro a frituras espalhado pela piscina.
Nos pequenos-almoços nunca houve leite magro e só uns dias houve sem lactose, ambos eram produtos desconhecidos. Não se encontram produtos locais como doce de papaia ou queijo de Santo Antão. Nem pão de centeio ou produtos para diabéticos.
Não se encontra uma tosta mista para quem queira algo de ligeiro à noite, apenas espetadas e bafas no bar, mas tudo frito a escorrer óleo.
Os excelentes gelados que antes vinham do Giramondo foram substituídos por gelados de fraca qualidade feitos no local.
Guerra pela marcação das espreguiçadeiras da piscina a partir das 8 horas. Falta um robot para limpeza da piscina gigante.

Em conclusão, um hotel com infraestruturas excelentes, quartos ótimos, piscina e jardins excecionais.
Conhecemos vários hotéis em Santa Maria e este continua a ser o que mais gostamos e onde continuaremos a voltar, se for evoluindo e não for ultrapassado pelos novos hotéis que vão abrir.
