Country bistro and wine cellar in Saint-Julien-le-Faucon, a village near Mézidon-Canon and 15 minutes from Lisieux.
In search of new flavors, we stopped off at Saint-Julien-le-Faucon. Our boldness was rewarded by a lovely discovery: this country bistro. Trained by Michelin-starred chefs, Pablo's menu is short, bistro-style at lunchtime and bistronomic in the evening. Meat, vegetables and cream come straight from the best producers in Calvados. With its terrace, attractive wine cellar and, as an added bonus, a grocery store, this is the ideal place to discover the local produce of the Pays d'Auge. A great address!
