A charming spot on the edge of the marshes, far from the hustle and bustle. Once you’ve settled on the terrace, you’re immersed in a seascape overflowed by birds. The rest is in the dishes, generous, colourful and full of surprises. What gaiety! Flowers, spices, fruit: it’s beautiful and good! Laurent Marais, with his predestined name, has more than one gourmet suggestion on his slate. Seafood sauerkraut, Normandy entrecôte, fish of the day with its wonderful cream and shellfish sauce, Brussels waffle...
