LES POMMIERS DU BESSIN
This is a conversion for Bruno de Guesthouse. A newcomer to the profession, he decided at 50 years to turn a corner and start a new career to tie his life to his passion for apple, just five years ago. As a label here, consumers are only judges (at present). Half-dry cider and raw cider in the natural effervescence, marked by this typical Légère acidity, are prominently placed in the cellar that the young cidrier intends to develop. If he has not yet presented the ciders of his believer to the competitions, he likes to be on the other side of the barrier: he is a member of the jury of the General Competition of the International Fair of Agriculture. This is not only a good school of taste and tradition but an excellent visiting card. If you go through this path, a stop is required, then, at the "Apple du Bessin". The green and white label deserves to be known, recognised and placed prominently on the table.
