If this had been the only issue, I would have left a four-star review. Unfortunately, and to our surprise, the next evening the hotel was hosting a Christmas party in the lobby, with a DJ mixing dance music until 1:00 am. We were of course unable to sleep until then.
Now, my question to the hotel management: how on earth do you even consider hosting a party for almost 100 people in the hotel lobby with a DJ, while being AWARE that guests, who are only meters away, have paid for a quiet space to sleep in peace? If anything more than a matter of consideration and respect to guests, this should be common sense.
I'm not one to leave bad reviews, the hotel was clean and nice, location was great and the hotel staff were very polite. However, having two bad experiences in three days leave me far from happy. I hope the hotel management takes this review seriously and takes action for future guests.

Die Ausstattung vom Hotel würde ich schon als überdurchschnittlich beurteilen. Ich war dieses Jahr schon dreimal da und hatte jedesmal ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Ein Hinweis für Besucher die im Hochsommer kommen: Die etwas preiswerteren Einzelzimmer verfügen nicht über eine Klimaanlage und diese habe ich im August wirklich sehr vermisst. Das passiert mir nächstes Jahr nicht mehr:-)
Die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des Personals ist ebenfalls oberstes Niveu.
Das Frühstück läßt absolut keine Wünsche offen und ist wirklich ein Genuß. Vom Ambiente des Frühstückraumes angefangen, über die reichhaltige Auswahl bis zum superfreundlichen Personal.
Ich werde sicher wiederkommen.
