A beautiful hotel, no question about it. Unfortunately, the pictures in the website can be misleading when booking your room. When you've been traveling for 10 hours and don't get what you paid for, it can be quite unpleasant. The next day, the staff were happy to relocate us, which was much appreciated.
If this had been the only issue, I would have left a four-star review. Unfortunately, and to our surprise, the next evening the hotel was hosting a Christmas party in the lobby, with a DJ mixing dance music until 1:00 am. We were of course unable to sleep until then.
Now, my question to the hotel management: how on earth do you even consider hosting a party for almost 100 people in the hotel lobby with a DJ, while being AWARE that guests, who are only meters away, have paid for a quiet space to sleep in peace? If anything more than a matter of consideration and respect to guests, this should be common sense.
I'm not one to leave bad reviews, the hotel was clean and nice, location was great and the hotel staff were very polite. However, having two bad experiences in three days leave me far from happy. I hope the hotel management takes this review seriously and takes action for future guests.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Stadthotel. Nähe Stachus und Hauptbahnhof. Die Zimmer sind relativ gross. Das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht den Erwartungen. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Parkhaus in dem über das Hotel vergünstigt parkiert werden kann.

En mi opinión la calidad-precio no se corresponde. Es un hotel muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado, tardas caminando 5 minutos al centro. El desayuno está fenomenal y te preparan platos al momento. Le doy menos valoración porque nos pusieron en una habitación que tenía un ruido constante (día y noche)que parecía de la calefacción, se lo dijimos a la chica de recepción pero su respuesta fue que no había nadie de mantenimiento y no podía hacer nada. Creo que por 230€ la noche eso no debería ocurrir, dudo que ninguno de los 3 días hubiera nadie de mantenimiento o no nos pudieran cambiar de habitación. Estábamos de vacaciones y al final no quisimos darle más importancia. Hay un hueco subiendo la escalera al primer piso y una noche nos encontramos un ratón pequeñito cruzando la escalera y metiéndose ahí. Lo pongo como apunte por si pueden tapar ese hueco porque en un hotel así, no agradan ese tipo de huéspedes jeje pero la limpieza es buena y la habitación superior es espaciosa.

Die Ausstattung vom Hotel würde ich schon als überdurchschnittlich beurteilen. Ich war dieses Jahr schon dreimal da und hatte jedesmal ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Ein Hinweis für Besucher die im Hochsommer kommen: Die etwas preiswerteren Einzelzimmer verfügen nicht über eine Klimaanlage und diese habe ich im August wirklich sehr vermisst. Das passiert mir nächstes Jahr nicht mehr:-)
Die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des Personals ist ebenfalls oberstes Niveu.
Das Frühstück läßt absolut keine Wünsche offen und ist wirklich ein Genuß. Vom Ambiente des Frühstückraumes angefangen, über die reichhaltige Auswahl bis zum superfreundlichen Personal.
Ich werde sicher wiederkommen.
