Restaurant offering a bistronomic cuisine, excellently done in Agneaux.

Splendid: dating back to the 16th century, this completely refurbished place is full of beautiful exposed stonework and wood panelling, and is still very bright - a rare thing for a place several centuries old. The cuisine here is bistronomic, prepared under the guidance of chef Sylvain Houssay. And it's damn well done: return of the peach with a hazelnut/cereal mix, sublimated lamb hazelnuts, not to mention the absolutely delicious desserts.
