This is a unique site in the Agon shellfish-growing area. Oysters are grown and raised here, and their reputation extends far beyond the borders of the département. But Father Gus, the boss of the place, had the good idea with his teams to open a place dedicated to tasting right in the heart of the oyster-farming zone. Indoors or out, seafood platters on which oysters are king, bottles of white wine to be consumed in moderation and gourmet pleasure, it's all there! And last but not least, there's a grocery store dedicated to seafood products.
