Arnaque sur Booking, tu te trompes de date et tu veux la supprimer dès le lendemain bah on te rembourse 0 et les frais d annulation sont au prix exact de la réservation, et je parle même pas de l'accueil de l'hôtel tu es tellement mal reçu tu sais pas si tu demandes une chambre ou une cellule de prison !

Je comprend vous êtes en colère car vous vous êtes trompé de date et avec booking.com il y a aucun remboursement pour une annulation. La modification est gratuite dont vous avez profité pour mettre votre réservation au 1 er novembre et vous avez encore annulé ????????. Vous auriez fait votre réservation en direct aucun frais. Pas aimable c'est normal je vous ai dit non donc pour vous c'est une agression car ce n'est pas la réponse voulue ????????. Bonne continuation ????????
