Very lively square hosting the market every Saturday morning in Avranches, a place to stroll around with a remarkable wooden house.
It is appreciated for the market which is held there every Saturday morning as well as in the surrounding streets. You can also see the Hôtel de Longraye, the new covered market, and especially the house known as the "Three Merchants", from the 15th century, one of the few remaining timber-framed buildings in Avranches. Very lively, the square is a place to stroll around, and has several beautiful terraces from which you can admire the lively spectacle of the city in summer.
