Located in the commercial area of the Baie des Citrons, the Alambic is a well-known establishment, formerly located in the heart of the city. Malheureusement hier, une mauvaise expérience, je commande un fromage (gouda à la truffe) , contente de ramener un produit de qualité chez mes amis. Quelle déception , un des cotés tout sec et on ne me l’a même pas retiré. ( pas si facile de le retirer soi même) et je trouve ça inadmissible de laisser payer le client de ces grammes immangeable. C’est quand même la base dans une fromagerie de faire attention à ces détails .
