The château’s grounds offer a romantic journey through exotic and ancient trees.

This magnificent landscaped park, listed as a Remarkable Garden and a Historic Monument, is an 18-hectare jewel-case at the heart of which nestles an 18th-century château. A visit to the park takes you on a romantic journey through exotic and ancient trees (redwoods, ginkgos biloba, cedars of Lebanon...), along the English river, lakes, 14 waterfalls, bamboo jungles and clumps of rhododendrons and camellias - one of which has just been awarded the "remarkable tree" label. The château’s interiors are also open to visitors.

Just a wonderful place to spend a couple days while visiting the French countryside - wish we had more time! Bernard, the owner/host, is just the best - he will make you feel like a king (or queen) staying at his Château. Beautiful grounds and spectacular breakfast - no need to look anywhere else, because THIS is the place you're looking for! And don't forget to ask for the best scrambled egg you've ever had...not kidding!

Magnifique , endroit magique pour passer une nuit. Petit déjeuner....il ne manque rien. Un accueil très chaleureux , cadre somptueux , et malgré cette bâtisse haut de gamme nous étions très à l'aise . Que du bonheur . Le grand parc autour du château est parfaitement balisé et très bien entretenu. Nous n'oublierons pas notre séjour.

Wunderbares Anwesen etwas abseits Bacilly! Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer! Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit den anderen Gästen an runder Tafel. Riesiger Park mit Pfauen, Gänsen, Schwänen und Pferden! Ein genialer Ort…besser geht nicht mehr!
