With such a name, no surprise: La Marée is facing the port of Barfleur and offers first of all seafood specialties! Open every day in season, the place has a large and pleasant terrace in summer. It’s simple and good, and we’ll easily fall for the mussels and fries, the specialty of the place (it’s written in big letters on the front of the restaurant!), well-made and rather good value for money. At the time of writing this guide, we are told that the place could soon propose tapas: to be continued!
