Opened in 1995, this 300-berth port has long been a victim of its success. Located in the Carteret harbour, near the centre, it operates on a system of gates, which gives you the opportunity to access it when the tide allows. A little out of the centre of the village of Carteret, it takes about ten minutes’ walk to reach it. And after many years of debates and polemics, the extension works finally started a few months ago, to welcome the yachtsmen who are waiting.
