Les Ormes is a hotel-restaurant well worth the detour. Aiming to be a gourmet Normandy stopover, the menu offers a wide range of well-balanced recipes, seafood (the platters are famous) and local fish. From soy-snacked beef to salmon Bömlo, it’s all excellent, and everything is available on a number of attractive menus. Open to the outside, with a superb garden designed by Guillaume Pellerin, the place is enchanting.

Nous avions choisi le restaurant "Les Ormes" à Carteret pour fêter mes 32 ans et je peux le dire, ce fut le meilleur restaurant en 32 ans. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Merci !

Les Ormes est un paradis culinaire. Chaque plat offrait une explosion délicieuse de saveurs, me laissant incapable de choisir un favori. Les crevettes roses et le Filet de Daurade Sébaste étaient exquis. Le service amical et attentif du personnel a rendu l'expérience encore meilleure. Dîner ici était un régal, avec une ambiance chaleureuse et une hospitalité impeccable. Les Ormes ont sans aucun doute mérité ma plus haute recommandation pour leurs plats délicieux et leur service exceptionnel. J'ai hâte d'y retourner bientôt pour savourer davantage de leurs délices culinaires.
