A train running between Barneville-Carteret and Portbail promises a discovery of all the natural wealth of the region

Since 1988, the Cotentin tourist train has been running between Barneville-Carteret and Portbail. A real attraction, the old locomotives earn their letters of nobility by pulling carriages from the 1930s and 1950s: a ride to discover all the natural riches of the region. You can also enjoy the market train in July and August between Portbail and Carteret. Many themed trains also run, the programme is rich.

J'ai pris ce train en 1971entre Carentan et Portbail et retour et je remarque que ce sont les mêmes type de voitures bruhat et locomotive qui roulent encore aujourd'hui !
