Marie-Georgette shares her passion for Melanesian cuisine in the Oua Tom tribe with, on the menu, bougna, shrimp and pig, to be enjoyed under her faré. Remember to book in advance, at least 48 hours for the traditional bougna. It is possible to camp on site if you wish (two cold water showers and two toilets).
