It's a family story, that of Bernadette and her twin sister who, a few years ago, installed their beautiful guest table under the Sarraméa Valley. A famous guest table. Today, it's Andréane, Bernadette's daughter who took over the torch. It's a challenge that she's up to even though she explains that her mom has gone with some of his recipes. Traditional dishes are always part of the game and delight the guests gathered around the large table.
