A restaurant offering menus that honour the products of the sea and the soil, at a good quality-price ratio.
It is an excellent hotel, and a restaurant that is just as famous. The one of the Hermitage is indeed among the best in the surroundings of Mont-Saint-Michel. We work here mainly with sea products, like lobster and oysters of the area, with a certain mastery. Beyond that, the local products are honoured through several menus which present a nice quality-price ratio. We will think of reserving this restaurant opened only in the evening.
