Very high-quality restaurant installed in the old school of Blainville-sur-Mer offering products of the Norman soil.

Housed in the former schoolhouse of Blainville-sur-Mer, Michelin-starred chef Philippe Hardy magnifies all the products of Normandy's terroir at Le Mascaret, one of the department's gastronomic benchmarks. The chicly decorated premises are a classic example of what can be achieved. The value for money is well justified, with a lunch menu and three evening menus, including the famous 7-course "Grand Voyage" with wine pairings. Book well in advance, as coming to Le Mascaret is a highly sought-after experience.

Un début un peu laborieux car nous sommes arrivés alors qu’il y avait une panne d’électricité dans le village, ce qui a un déstabilisé le personnel d’accueil. Après le repas était parfait, tout était bon et sans fausse note. Nous y retournerons.
