The west coast represents the most important shellfish basin in Normandy. In the heart of this basin, the Cabanor groups together about fifty seafood producers. It is one of the sites where all the operations of breeding, refining, and marketing of oysters are carried out: washing, splitting, grading, and putting in stuffing boxes.
