This church, registered in the inventory of historical monuments, is located near the sea.
Listed as a historical monument, this church, close to the sea, is well worth a visit when you pass by. Legend has it that Saint Helier was beheaded by pirates in Jersey, where he lived, giving his name to the island's main town. His body was found on the shore, after having drifted to the Cotentin. He was then buried in Bréville where the church was built between the 11th and 14th centuries.
