COULEURS SAVEURS
Restaurant serving beautifully prepared dishes in two beautiful rooms in Bricqueville-sur-Mer.
It is a must in Bricqueville, and even in the region. Benoît Delbasserue runs his restaurant with his wife after a rich career at Savoy, Lassere and Ledoyen in Paris. Before arriving in the Manche, he was head chef at the Mare aux Oiseaux in Saint-Joachim in Loire-Atlantique. And frankly, you can feel it in the plates. Beautifully laid out, they make you discover forgotten vegetables, whose variety inspires him, with colors and flavors that intrigue the guest. The place, which has two beautiful rooms, is a must.
