One of the best restaurants in the area, just a few kilometers from Saint-Lô. The place, which is also a hotel, offers top-quality cuisine in a pleasant, spacious setting, with several well-thought-out à la carte menus. Products are seasonal, everything is fresh and obviously homemade, and the savoir-faire is obvious. Veal sweetbreads, foie gras and scallops are available on an à la carte menu, including lunch menus. The restaurant is also an excellent caterer.
