Regarding the opening at 7am, this is the time our staff takes their meal. It is essential for us that our team can eat before starting the service. In addition, our insurance covers the restaurant only from the official opening time. That’s why we can’t open earlier.
The opening hours are clearly indicated on our website and on the door of the restaurant. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
As for mayonnaise, we do not always serve it with each dish. If a client wants mayonnaise, it is necessary to ask the server. We understand that this can be frustrating, but our server cannot anticipate each client’s preferences.
For dessert, we are proud of our homemade whipped cream and we are generally generous in its portion. We are sorry if this was not to your liking, but it is a feature appreciated by many customers.
